Meet the 4K from Everdure by Heston Blumenthal, a beautiful high-tech kamado. The 4K is a true total package on which you can grill almost anything, from burgers to pizza and from potato slices to vegetables.
Centuries-old tradition The Everdure 4K combines the ancient tradition of cooking in a kamado with the latest technology. Just like a traditional kamado, the air steams through the thick-walled housing of the grill and can only escape through the air shaft in the lid.
The kamado, originally a cooking pot, has been a cooking tradition from Asia for 4,000 years. Cooking with a kamado provides a rich smoke aroma in the taste of vegetables, meat and fish. Cooking in a 4K is versatile and adds extra flavor to your dishes because juices and aromas cannot escape from the domed oven.
Modern cooking with a touchscreen and Bluetooth Everything about Everdure's 4K can be adjusted from outside the oven using an app and the physical controls, so that the flavor remains within the oven and the preparation process is not interrupted.
For example, the 4K can be started via a self-start - with child lock - which heats an electric coil after one press of a button. This makes the 4K completely ready for use within 10 minutes.
In addition, the 4K makes it possible to cook on multiple levels, so that different dishes are ready at the same time and have the right temperature. You can read the exact temperature via the touchscreen on the front of the oven, as measured by 4 core temperature meters inside the oven. This means you know exactly when both your dishes and the oven itself are ready, so that nothing ever goes wrong again. If the oven temperature is too high, it can be easily adjusted using a rotary knob. This dial provides more or less air supply in the oven. Moreover, you can easily increase the temperature by adding new coal via the valve on the side of the 4K.

After you have connected your smartphone to your kamado via Bluetooth with the free Everdure 4K app, you can easily view all data. Moreover, the app gives you warnings, recipes and tips so that you can prepare delicious dishes and take your cooking skills to the next level!
