Not happy, money back
Sometimes it is difficult to see what a product looks like in real life when purchasing online. Color and finish may be different than you expect. Or you're just not completely satisfied. If there are any defects, please contact us first so that we can resolve this for you.
If you have ordered from us we assume that you have carefully considered your decision, but we understand if the item is not entirely to your liking. That is why we give you the option to return your product 14 days after purchase. We charge a handling fee of €14.95 for this. If you make a successful return, you will receive your purchase amount back minus this fee. The return costs are for your own account.
Returns up to 4 weeks.
Does a product remain in the original packaging and is it unopened after the 14-day return period? Please send us a message in time. You may then return the item and receive a refund of your purchase price minus the handling fee.
Return your product
If you would like to return your Everdure product, please contact us. Have your order number and the return request at hand. We will send you our return instructions after contact.
Handling
As soon as we have received your return package, it will be checked by our returns department for the conditions below. If your return is approved, we will deposit your amount minus the handling fee into your account within 14 days.
Conditions
We are happy to help you with your return, but please note the following conditions. If you have any questions about this, please contact us and we will try to help you as best as possible.
- The product is undamaged, unassembled and not used.
- The product is returned in the original packaging, which is unwritten and not seriously damaged.
- The packaging is complete, including plastic foil, instructions for use, bags and tempex.
- The box must be neatly closed with transparent tape.
- The product that is returned must be well protected so that it is not damaged in transit.
