Dispatch

At the Everdure Store we do everything we can to deliver your product as quickly as possible. You buy from the official Everdure Dealer, so we deliver directly from our import warehouse. The delivery time is average 2 to 5 working days and you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code.

However, a product may be out of stock or on backorder. This will be indicated on the site. If there is a problem with your order, we will of course contact you.

The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

• €8.95 for orders under 150 euros within the Netherlands.
• Free shipping for orders over €150 within the Netherlands.
• €11.95 for orders to Belgium and Luxembourg.

In general, delivery will take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.

Delivery information for orders from outside of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

For all orders outside of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, the following shipping costs are in order:

• All other countries within the European Union
  €12.95 for orders up to 29.99 kg and €400 for orders above 30 kg.
• Countries outside of the European Union
  €24.95 for orders up to 29.99 kg and €500 for orders above 30 kg.

In general, delivery will take place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. However, we cannot make any guarantee regarding delivery time because this is fully dependent on the delivery company.
