Everdure's guarantee

Our entire collection has a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The Everdure 4K also has a 10-year warranty on the outside (body).

We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within 2 months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange repair or replacement free of charge.
